• Early California music with Mariachi Monumental de America de Juan Jose Almaguer, Mariachi Los Jilgueros de Andres Hernandez, and Dogtown Filharmonik
• Folklorico dance demonstrations
• A visit with Pío Pico, the last Governor of Mexican California
• Petting zoo
• Blacksmithing, woodworking, food preservation, pottery, adobe brickmaking, and ropemaking
