Romance of the Ranchos

Saturday & Sunday, May 4 & 5

• 1 to 5 p.m. both days
• Free—but bring spending money for food and shopping
• Sorry, pets are not allowed at the festival (only certified service animals are permitted)

Get a taste of what life was like for people living in the Southland during the 1840s, '50s, and '60s through music, dancing, crafts, historic house tours, games, demonstrations, and more!

Please note: In the event of rain, the festival will be cancelled.

• Early California music with Mariachi Monumental de America de Juan Jose Almaguer, Mariachi Los Jilgueros de Andres Hernandez, and Dogtown Filharmonik
• Folklorico dance demonstrations
• A visit with Pío Pico, the last Governor of Mexican California
• Petting zoo
• Blacksmithing, woodworking, food preservation, pottery, adobe brickmaking, and ropemaking
• Tasty food trucks

Ticket to the Twenties

Saturday & Sunday, September 14 & 15
• 3 to 7 p.m. both days
• Free—but bring spending money for food and shopping
• 1920s dress is encouraged and Prohibition will be strictly enforced!
• Bring your own lawn chairs or blankets, but please leave little Fido at home (only certified service animals are permitted at the festival)

Dig out your glad rags and join us for a weekend of great fun! Celebrate the Roaring Twenties as you enjoy dance demonstrations and lessons, fashion shows, silent films, crafts, music, games, vintage automobiles, historic house tours, tasty food, and much more.
