About the event
Join registered yoga teacher and meditation instructor Itzpapalotl once a month for an hour-long session that will empower individuals to find balance and harmony within themselves and allow them to connect to nature and their own bodies in a profound way.
Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience and are limited in size. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel and water to class. A suggested donation is $5 per session. Please RSVP to reserve your spot.
